1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quivr's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Quivr provides an AI-powered customer support platform featuring six specialized AI agents that help automate and enhance customer service operations. Our services include:
- AI-powered response drafting and automation
- Ticket routing and categorization
- Customer analytics and insights
- Knowledge base management
- Integration with third-party support tools
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Pricing
Our base subscription starts at €150/month. Additional usage-based fees may apply based on agent activity and ticket volume.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Usage-based fees are billed monthly in arrears
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit harmful code or interfere with our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.
7. AI Training and Improvement
Our AI agents learn from interactions to improve their performance. You can opt out of having your data used for model training by contacting us. Core service functionality will not be affected by opting out.
8. Intellectual Property
Quivr and its licensors retain all rights to the service, including all software, algorithms, and content. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our services.
9. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quivr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quivr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
